Who we are
Lead & Pixel(“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Questions about this policy go to jeff.dharvey3010@icloud.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number if provided, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in the message.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and, if you become a client, deliver and invoice the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years to meet HMRC record-keeping rules.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both act only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
